Documentation for software is available online. We encourage you to review the documentation prior to signing up to understand the functions and features available on the platform and to evaluate whether the use of the platform will meet your requirements.

If you are not satisfied with the EchoStream platform your only right is to cancel your subscription or subscriptions. Cancellation is immediate and no refund will be issued for the period between your cancellation and next subscription payment.

If EchoStream has not met its Service Level Availability Agreement you may contact our Customer Support (support@echo.stream) to apply for a credit as specified by the Service Level Availability Agreeement. All such credits must be applied for as specified in the Service Level Availability Agrement and will be applied to the next subscription payment.

If the subscription payment was fraudulent you may contact our Customer Support (support@echo.stream) to receive a full refund and cancellation of the fraudulent subscription.
