Refund Policy

Documentation for software is also available online. We encourage you to review the documentation prior to signing up to understand the functions and features available on the platform and to evaluate whether the use of the platform will meet your requirements.

If you are not satisfied with the EchoStream platform and wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our Customer Support Team (either by email or by phone) within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial signup date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

In case you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 business days. Upon cancellation you shall cease all use of the platform and you will have no further access to your tenant. QuiNovas reserves the right to disable any Tenants and access to the EchoStream platform that you may have access to upon cancellation of the subscription.
