Users

EchoStream is a multi-tenant platform. Users within this platform either own Tenants, participate in Tenants owned by others, or both. As such, users are independent from Tenants.

When you first interact with EchoStream, you will be asked to create a user. This user is your user - it does not belong to any organization other than yourself.

All Users are required to have a robust password (minimum of 16 characters, with at least one uppercase, lowercase, number and symbol) and a Time-based One Time Password (TOTP) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set. This ensures that Users logged into EchoStream and your Tenants are who they say they are.

Once you have created your user, you can:

• Change your password
• Enter and manage your billing information (only required if you intend to own a Tenant)
• Create Tenants, as many as you wish (requires billing information)
• Manage Tenants, both yours and those you have been invited to, as many as you wish
• Delete your user

NOTE - you cannot delete your user if you are the billing user for any Tenant
